A Funeral Service service for Jack will take place at Accrington Crematorium Burnley Road Accrington BB56HA on Tuesday 25th November 25 at 11:00am
Family flowers only Donations if desired in memory of Jack may be made to Dementia UK.
Jack was greatly loved by all who knew him, and he will live in our hearts and memories forever.
