A celebration of David Robert Cook`s life
It is with deep regret that we announce the death of David Robert Cook. Family, friends, and anyone who knew David are welcome to come and say goodbye and help celebrate his life with us.
Service
A Service For David will take place at Accrington Crematorium Chapel Burnley Road Accrington BB56HAt on Wednesday 22nd October at 1pm, followed by interment in Accrington Cemetery
Open to flowers but if you wish to make a donation, all Donations in memory of David will be gifted to The British Heart Foundation.
David was greatly loved by all who knew him , and he will live in our hearts and memories for ever.
